Hidden Gem Award
This award shines a light on an unsung hero—someone whose contribution often goes unnoticed but whose impact is deeply felt. These individuals work behind the scenes, consistently making a difference to their organisation, their colleagues and, most importantly, the people they support.
Often humble and unassuming, they do not seek recognition, yet their absence would be immediately noticed. This award celebrates those who quietly go above and beyond, demonstrating dedication, reliability and a genuine commitment to care.
Open to all roles and levels, including paid staff and volunteers, this award recognises those who truly embody the spirit of an ‘unsung hero’.
