Annual Sponsorship Plans
As a non-profit, all sponsorship funds are reinvested into the organisation’s operations and member benefits. While we ask for a modest financial contribution, we also request that all sponsors provide an exclusive benefit to our subscribed Gold members.
Bronze
£350 per annum
Bronze sponsorship provides entry-level visibility and structured digital engagement with care providers across East Sussex and Brighton & Hove.
Bronze sponsors receive:
• Company profile on the ESPiC website sponsor page
• Logo inclusion in the sponsor carousel across website and newsletters
• Four scheduled newsletter inclusions over the 12-month term
• One 30-minute Lunch & Listen online session, including post-session assets
• Two activity reviews per year summarising delivery

Silver
£550 per annum
Silver sponsorship builds on Bronze, adding defined event participation and sector engagement opportunities.
Silver sponsors receive everything in Bronze, plus:
- Invitation to participate in one quarterly sector or topic-specific webinar
- One exhibition stand at the ESPiC Annual Conference (subject to venue capacity)
- Inclusion in the printed Annual Conference programme and marketing materials
Silver is suited to organisations looking to increase presence at key sector events and engage more directly with providers.
Gold
£650 per annum
Gold sponsorship offers the highest level of visibility, priority access, and engagement within the ESPiC sponsorship programme.
Gold sponsors receive everything in Bronze and Silver, plus:
- One Exclusive Spotlight Week, including:
-Dedicated ‘Making the Most of Your Membership’ newsletter
-Headline feature in the weekly ESPiC newsletter
-Enhanced social media promotion, including paid advertising
- Priority invitation to attend one additional in-person ESPiC event (subject to capacity)
- Priority access to Care Awards Category Sponsorship (available to purchase separately – subject to availability)
