International Recruitment Project

The International Recruitment Project, run by the association in conjunction with SESCA and WSPiC has so far allowed us to provide over £300,000 in grants to care providers accross our county. Find out how we’re continuing to help providers leverage the benefits of international recruitment.

Workforce Development & Sustainability Conference

Our Spring Conference was held on 15th May at East Sussex College in Hastings. It was a great event with some amazing speakers, all giving insights on the issues our industry locally is being affected by workforce issues and how we may be able to combat them with training and retention aimed schemes.

Annual Care Awards 2026 – East Sussex Returns and Brighton & Hove Launches!

Our expanded 2026 Care Awards programme, will feature two dedicated awards evenings – the East Sussex Care Awards AND our first-ever Brighton & Hove Care Awards!

Our First Ever Care Awards

We were immensely proud to host our first-ever Care Awards on 14th November 2024, an evening dedicated to celebrating the outstanding achievements and contributions of the social care workforce in East Sussex.

The event was a fantastic success, bringing together care providers, managers, and teams to honour their dedication, innovation, and compassion.
