The executive committee hereby give formal notice of and would like to invite you to attend our Annual General Meeting from 4.30 pm Wednesday 14th October. 2026 The meeting will be held in The Boardroom at East Sussex National Hotel, Little Horsted, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 5ES.
|
This is an opportunity to learn more about the work of the association, our plans going forwards and participate in the election of officers and directors for 2026.
|
We are now opening nominations for the five elected positions on the associations’ board of directors, so if you are interested or would like to know more then please contact me or any of the executive team.
|
If you feel that you have a contribution to make but are unable to commit as much time, then you could also put yourself forward to be co-opted onto the board. For more information, please visit:

The AGM will be followed at 5.00 pm – 6.00 pm by an executive board meeting, which you are welcome to attend if you are interested in finding out more. As space is limited, it would be helpful if you could confirm your attendance prior to the meeting by email to either:
