Elizabeth Beh is the CEO and founder of Tresacare, an award-winning social enterprise that supports care workers. After a personal health crisis during the pandemic, Liz saw firsthand how vital yet unsupported care workers are. This experience led her to establish Tresacare in 2022, addressing a sector filled with compassionate but burnt-out workers.
With over a decade of HR and business consulting experience at Morgan Stanley, Aon, and UBS, Liz brings best practices that shape Tresacare's innovative approach to retention via wellbeing support.
Living with multiple hidden disabilities and having been both a caregiver and care recipient, Liz uniquely understands the challenges on all sides of care.
Together with co-founder Krystle Wong, Liz shares an overseas background and is therefore especially attuned to the needs of international care workers, fueling Tresacare's focus on intercultural integration and wellbeing.
Tresacare is the 2024 winner of the Entrepreneur's Award for Social Innovation and of the 2023 Care Innovation Challenge by the National Care Forum.
