Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Registered Care Association (RCA Ltd), now trading as Brighton and Hove, East Sussex Partners in Care
|
The executive committee hereby gives formal notice of and would like to invite you to attend our Annual General Meeting from 5 pm on Wednesday, 8th October 2025. The meeting will be held in Elva 2 at The Relais Cooden Beach, Cooden Sea Road, Bexhill on Sea TN39 4TT (formerly known as The Cooden Beach Hotel).

This is an opportunity to learn more about the work of the association, our plans going forward and to participate in the election of officers and directors for 2025.
|
We are now opening nominations for the six elected positions on the association’s board of directors, so if you are interested or would like to know more, then please contact me or any of the executive team.
|
If you feel that you have a contribution to make but are unable to commit as much time, then you could also put yourself forward to be co-opted onto the board. Nomination papers and the agenda for the AGM can be requested from Elizabeth Mackie; please see email details below.

The AGM will be followed at 5:30 pm–6:30 pm by an executive board meeting, which you are welcome to attend if you are interested in finding out more. As space is limited, it would be helpful if you could confirm your attendance prior to the meeting by email to either:
